Fume Hood

Construction (Exterior) - Powder coated durable, 1.5mm & 1.2mm thick CRCA sheet with FRP / Backlite / Phenolic resin white colour inner lining.

Inner Lining arrangement - 3-point suction system (for light, normal & heavy fumes) to ensure smooth and immediate exhaust of fumes.

Worktop - 18/19 mm thick Jet Black Granite’ worktop lined with 15/14 mm thick plywood sheet below. Sink unit with drain on worktop - Worktop will have 150 mm Dia or oval shaped Sash (Shutter) - Vertical/combination type toughened / safety glass with ss handles.

Valve Service fitting - Total 4 nos, Brass metal remote valves 2 nos. for Water and Gas on side panel of FH body as standard accessories.

Extra 2 nos. remote valves for vacuum & nitrogen will be provided.

Lighting - CFL fluorescent light (18 watt. 2 Nos.) on top of inner housing for better illumination. Electrical Services -Electrical switches of North West make. NO/NC switch for blower, One switch for Tube light, One indicator light.

BASE CABINETS OF 500 MM LENGTH X 3NOS. To support fume hood body.

PP/ FRP Blower with 2 HP Motor of make CROMPTON/ABB coupled with PP impeller which is dynamically balanced to prevent noise / damage. Pl. Note - Civil works pertaining to making hole in wall and making platform for keeping blower housing is in the scope of customer.
